Thank you for shopping at Ashlyn Perry Creative! We appreciate your support. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.

High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
5. Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at hello@ashlynperrycreative.com within 14 days of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
